LUBBOCK UMC ER is the worst emergency room I have ever visited in my entire life. The doctor and the nurse I met apperar to be clueless about health issues and ethics. They don,t even care whether you come back next time or not. Within minutes we were seen because there was not that busltle you see in other ER. We were only two people in the triage area aroud 10- 11am on a Friday. The doctor became verbally abusive when I requested something for pain on my neck and even called the cops to arrest and take me out of the emergency room . More interesting is that she wanted to go and relax because as the police was walking me out of emergency room, I could see her gleeful face in a cubicle sitting and doing nothing while I was physicaly tortured with escruciating pain on my neck and shoulder. The emotional trauma of the incident increased my health problems. Unbelievabe. .American public, please be ware when you go to this ER.
