Absolutely no bed side manner, will not tell you what is wrong or how your blood work looked. Very rude when you ask questions about your testing. Had the nurse tell me a diagnosis then when I questioned why the doctor didn't tell me, said he did when he did not. He did not even come in the room, rather stayed at the door way and said you are being released, follow up with primary. Wouldn't take a dead dog here for treatment.
Awful experience. Went to get an earring back removed from my ear that had attatched itself to the skin inside. Was in extreme pain because a previous clinic had tried to rip it out. Waited an hour and a half to be seen where all that happened was a person looked into my ear and said I would have to see an ear doctor instead so I thought I would just leave since they couldn't do anything but no. I had to copay $200 for them to look in my ear for 5 seconds. They just prescribed me pain pills for until I could see the ear doctor the next day and left me waiting in pain for an additional hour. Never coming here again.
Am here right now with my mom 11-17-17 room 465 at 4:37 and it's horrible bed side assistance the nurse older and we wait a hour each time for her to come .my mom has been in her chair almost all day she came with pneumonia and now shaking and barley can walk so no do not let them admit you no star if i can. not clean i clean the room
I came into the ER last night (2-21-2017) staff from triage, to RN that took care of me , the doctor, & CT staff were fantastic.
Here on the 8th floor and I love it great people on the 4th floor no they are horrible
