I give zero stars. Dr. Jackson in the emergency room is not capable of basic emergency room skills. Even told the patient, "I'm not comfortable doing that." Do not go to this emergency room for care. The nursing staff in the ER are very rude and have poor bedside manner. Not the place to go if you need care.
This hospital sucks, I had an appointment at Covenant Hospital, I called to see where I needed to go, I was tranfered three times, than got an answering maching and told to leave my number.
Rude nurses at the birthing part of hospital. I can't stand unprofessional nurses yet the nurses sat there gossiping and laughing but quick to treat our families hateful. Hate this place. UMC is way better they train their staff and faculty to be courteous and professional towards patients and their families.
I went to Covenant Hospital this past week because I was horribly sick, and I did not have a good experience. I felt like they were just trying to get rid of me, and didn’t care about me at all. I will definitely not be going back to this hospital ever again.
This is the most inefficient hospital I have ever been to. Everything takes at least twice the time it should. The staff was all very nice & care was good for the most part, but you feel like you are not important here, just a $$$
