The child life team here and at the joe arington are amazing they truely care about the sick kids but at the same time they remember the siblings and parents.
Then they assumed that because my husband and I had different names that my daughter needed Medicaid so they just wantonly enrolled her. She was on our insurance from day 1! That caused a big mess and an investigation for possible fraud only to discover the records department goofed!
That being said, my second birth there was handled wonderfully by the doctor and nurses. It's just the records department that is HORRIBLE!
This is a good children's hospital.

Lastly, my second daughter was born and I had a difficult time getting the birth certificate because records delayed the process and I had to keep calling them. Then her social security car NEVER SHOWED UP! They assured me that the application was sent. Months later I finally get in touch with Social Security and they tell me that they have never received an application for her and that she has no assigned number. I then had to resubmit and application. This is inconvenient because I was unable to claim her on my taxes and once I get her number I will have to submit a correction through the IRS.
Was been in various parts of this hospital a number of times over the past 2 years. The lab was filthy and they actually got someone else's blood on me! I contacted them and they promised to clean up and apologized, but it was still gross and dangerous.
My Son was admitted to the Pediatric unit here they go above and beyond to make the children comfortable
Then right after labor my OBGYN was stitching me up and made a comment about the aesthetic aspects of my vagina. Very unprofessional and highly insulting.
