The tech was very sweet and professional --no complaints there; however, while I was sitting in the waiting area I could hear the receptionist calling a patient for a appointment reminder and not only did I hear the patient's name and diagnosis out loud--I heard how much she owed the center. That is so unprofessional and has got to be a HIPPA violation. Now I know that anytime they have called me that everyone in the lobby has heard my name,diagnosis,insurance info, how much I owe, and the date and time of my appointment. Very disturbing. They need to do this behind closed doors or have a glass partition like most clinics.
