I have been a fulltime caregiver for over ten years . I also work for Synergy HomeCare part-time . I work with Synergy because I found the office staff professional, compassionate, patient and very willing to work with my changing schedule.I have been with them over one and a half years and have received nothing but kind, respectful attention from Jennifer and all the staff.
I worked for this company for one month. They are very unorganized. The administrator Jennifer Swain is very rude and disrespectful the whole month I worked she kept on complaining how everyone would quit on her n she had gone through over 30 employees within months.I really enjoyed working with the elderly. I was only getting 22hours a week never called in and was always on time. I asked the administrator Jennifer for more hours several times or something consistent but there was always excuses. One day I called and asked for more hours again and the administrator said she would see but I had to be patient and have faith in her. So our conversation went sour after that. She started saying things to me like I seem depressed and anxious and she started being very rude over the phone. I told her that I did not want to finish this conversation over the phone. Then She told me if I hung up the phone that I would be terminated. After I hung up. She kept on texting me being very petty. I really did not appreciate this and she made me feel inferior and singled-out....
I have worked for Synergy HomeCare of Lubbock for 4 years. The office staff have always been very professional and compassionate in helping with clients needs and my needs as well. I have received kind and respectful treatment when dealing with anything that came to their attention. It has been an honor to be an employee of Synergy HomeCare.
