The DON is a rude non-professional person and does not know how to schedule so that the residents are taken care of. I feel that all of the administration staff needs to be replaced with experienced people who know hoe to schedule and get the staffing so that the residents can get the care they need. Replace the DON - she doesn't know what she is doing!!
Please please please do not take your family member here. My grandmother was there for four days and fell twice and one of the nights she was never taken to the bathroom and couldn't get a nurse to respond to the nurse call line so she wet herself numerous times. The treatment was so inhumane and we were miserable there. We left after four days to a different place and are much happier!
