Worst front desk staff. Do not expect any sympathy or compassion from the individuals working the desk. 90% of the people they see are sick, I've honestly been shown more compassion by the people at target than I was shown here today. 5 people that came in after me were seen before me, when I brought it to their attention it was because of the doctor I was assigned to. I think patients should be seen on a first come first serve basis. I didn't request this doctor. That's why I'm at a walk in clinic.
I have lived on Lubbock my entire life and never have I found a clinic that takes the extra time to tend to me and my babies like Dr.Collier and his staff!! I'd recommend them to everyone needing a minor emergency clinic!! By far the best and friendliest.
I've been coming here more than 15 years- but today was the last. I will never bring my business here again.

Staff is super nice and treats you like family. We are from San Antonio and every time we are here to visit Dr. Collier and his staff take amazing care of my entire family including my lil ones. When we move to Lubbock we will definitely be using this clinic for all our medical needs possible
