I love coming here. The staff is very professional. The place is organized. Great customer service. They are quick to get you checked in and they even walk you or direct you were you need to be seated to see the doctor. The doctors are very attentive to you and are not rushing to get you diagnosed. They sit, ask questions, and listen. Dr. DIXON IS THE BEST. I've done several walk-in's and seen different doctors every time and each time the doctor or PA is great. The best thing about Grace is I can be feeling sick at work and know I need to see a doctor and I can go online, look at the times available I can walk in, and choose which time slot suits me the best. I give a 5 star to the Doctors, Staff, and Clinic.
We absolutely love our physician(s) at Grace Clinic. Unfortunately, the clinic staff and NPs are below average and do not seem to take our healthcare needs seriously. We have to call 5-6 times, always leaving messages, before ever hearing back from anyone. I usually have to call and make a big fuss just to get a call back. We've been told, just go to the ER. It's really unfortunate to see the practice of so many good doctors go to waste because they can't keep and/or don't properly train their clinic staff and NPs. We may very well have to choose a different doctor to get adequate care and response.
Online walk-in is great and quick. Unfortunately the doctor and nurses did not ask if I have a previous disease (I have asthma) or what medications I take until I told them. I only give 2 stars because of the people who took my blood. They are some great people.
We travel and I would like to take Grace with us.
I take my mom there for her medical visits and testing. Mom needed a CT scan and the technician was very very good. He was great at explaining the process for my 78 year old Momma. She said when he started the IV to infuse the dye, she did not even feel the needle. I sure wish I had gotten his name. Way to go sir!
Grace Clinic is the best from the front door to any of the clinics.We are partial to Dr Hannel and his team. Even the people that drive the golf cart are so cordial.
