Overall the experience was great! Being a college student I don't always understand how insurance works, and the lady at the front desk was very polite and encouraging while walking me through the process. I was seen and assessed very quickly. The doctor explained his thinking to me and was honest about what he thought was going on. I ended up leaving without a diagnosis or prescription, but I appreciate that they recommended an over the counter pill they thought would help rather than prescribing me something expensive I didn't absolutely need or running unnecessary tests. The facility is very nice and is run by a polite staff. Definitely would recommend for urgent care!
Had to get a specialist referral, and the staff unfortunately can't do their jobs correctly. Had to reschedule the first specialist appt for 2 months later because staff here never called it in. If you need any follow-ups from the staff, be sure you make sure all referrals etc. go through; definitely can't depend on them to do their jobs. Drs. here are good though! Too bad about the staff; hopefully that can change.
