I too would give zero stars if I could. The place is dirty for starters. Dirty floors, dirty pet food display cabinets, and some of the receptionist aren’t very nice. The vet Trent whoever was the one who saw my cat. Didn’t even allow me to go back when I brought my cat in. The receptionist relayed any info to me that the vet decided to tell me. Told me my cat was probably in pain but when I asked for pain medication I was told no. I’ll never take my animals there again. I only did because my vet’s office was closed. The professionalism of this place is horrible. Uncaring vet in Trent h. HEY TRENT I CAME TO SEE YOU NOT YOUR RECEPTIONIST!!!
This rating would be negative if it was available. Rescued a kitty that was bleeding and appeared to have a broken leg. Phoned to ask for suggestions. We were curtly told services would have to be paid for and would have to bring it in. We were willing to pay. Took it to this clinic, was met at the door and firmly told we're closed. Lobby had several people in it. Explained situation, and asked for any help. Again, was told can't help, we're closed. Gave us phone numbers to two rescuers. We made a call to a rescue number at four minutes after the hour. Four minutes. Took a few minutes to get the numbers. Couldn't they have had compassion enough to at least take a look?? This clinic cares only about their money and convenience, not helping animals.
Highly recommended. All of the doctors are wonderful and truly care about your pet. They take the time to explain and give you options you can afford.
Love this place they saved my dog from parvo and was reasonably priced, helped my puppy all three times when she was bit. Prices are very reasonable charges less than anybody else in town. Great helpful, knowledgeable, and caring staff!
Absolutely amazing atmosphere with great quality care. Vet Techs, staff, and vets are intentional and when I asked a question but had no appointment one day, one of the techs (Rachel? It was whomever also owns a Dalmatian...) explained how to handle my recently adopted dog for about 20 minutes with me. She took me over to the nearby pet bakery and showed me what I'd need for my specific breed of dog. The entire staff is WONDERFUL and I cannot express my gratitude for all they do and how much they care for each pet. I've only ever met one of the vets, Dr. Wolfe, but she is DELIGHTFUL and AMAZING! You are their only priority when you and your pet walk in! Absolutely amazing!!
