Great place. Extremely helpful. They have a great Dr and staff to get your pet feel better as soon as possible!!!
To Be honest, yes it was close to closing time and I am sure they wanted to go home.
Making this decision broke our hearts and so we took them to the Animal Care Clinic. The front staff was very rude and for the most part did not want to help us help these two poor suffering kittens.
In the past me and my family have always been very pleased with the whole staff at the Animal Care Clinic.
Dr. Hegi and the staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Hegi answered all my questions and did not rush. He also did not just try to sell me any treatments that my dog didn't need. The staff were so sweet when my dog had multiple accidents on the floor (the reason for our visit). It was a very reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone.
They have been taking care of my dog for a couple years now and really care about your dog. They have even gotten my dog in a couple times last minute for shots. Also when there is a puppy emergency they are always very transparent saying I'm sorry but we have to deal with this you can wait or come back later. If my dog was hurt I would appreciate the same dedication to helping my doggo. The people at the front desk are kind and helpful as well as try to help you get the care your dog needs and none of the extra foo foo other vets try to get you to buy. Perfect place to take my doggo when we are so far away from our home vet!
Over the past 20 or so years we have taken our pets to the Animal Care clinic and received what describe as some of the most compassionate care. Dr Hage and Dr Blackburn have always been very compassionate in the way they cared for our pets. At one point we took one of our cats to another vet to be spayed and it did not go well. We took her to Dr Hegi and he took care of her. I do believe the Dr. Hegi is the reason that she is still alive.
Me and family will not be taking our beloved pets to the Animal Care Clinic any more. We are in the process of looking for another vet to care for our pets. If this review gets to the Animal Care Clinic I would be more than happen to discuss this with them and update this review after that discussion.
I am sorry to say that our past two visits have not lived up to our past experience. At one point my daughter took two very young kittens who had very serious health issues and were suffering horribly.
We decided that it would be the loving thing to have them go to sleep and not wake up. They were suffering so very much.
I am not sure what has changed in this office but something has changed.
This really disappoints me because they had always provided very loving care of our pets.
My experience has always been a good one when I visit this establishment. We recently had our dog spayed and all went well. My only issue was the amount I paid to get her spayed. According to others I paid way to much to get my 7lbs dog fixed. But other then that everything was great.
