Me and my family have been going to this vet clinic for 20+years. Up until the last few years we have been happy but now the lady's at the front desk have become very rude and disrespectful. Dr Hegi has gotten to where he is very short with us has no compassion for us or the animal. I understand having done this job for as long as he has it can get a little tiring but u still need to have compassion. Althou i have not been seen by her very much Dr. Blackburn seems to be a nice but like I said I have not been seen by her very often. I give them one star rating because of mostly the front desk but that goes back to management as well. It's sad that they will be losing business because they can't control how they treat the ones who trust them with the fur babies.
