I called asking about a fairly rare vaccination, which I have researched on several sites and I know it does in fact exist - the staff treated me like an idiot, claiming no such vaccine exists, said the doctor was standing next to them and never has heard of it, which also makes for a poor impression of their "doctor." They hung up before I was finished talking with them as well. Incredibly rude!
I cannot say enough good about the Vets and their staff. They are beyond professional. The care they have shown our rescues is beyond reproach. They have been there for us no matter the what I have brought to them. I recommend them to any and all who ask.
Dr. Broadway and staff saved my pups life! While we were out of town our dog got a hold of a towel and ended up having a big surgery! They were very accommodating even when I would call 3 or 4 times a day! We now have a happy and healthy puppy! Thanks Cooper Vet and thanks Dr. Broadway!
My husky has always been treated well and been taken care of well. We also use their boarding services here. Never had any problems. The Dr's and assistants are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I don't ever want to change vets.
Not so much a review for the clinic but more so for Dr. Broadway. I just moved out of the area and as I am beginning to look for a new vet I reflected on how great Dr. Broadway was to me and my dog. Professional, personal, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, warm, and many other things. I felt completely confident taking my little brown dog to her and trusted her implicitly. She always advised me on the best path, both for my dog and in terms of treatment options and never pushed me to do anything she didn't feel was necessary at the time. Sad to leave Lubbock and a great vet. Top notch. Great person. Highly recommended from a guy who's lived in 11 different states and had as many vets.
