I don’t know where to begin. The service wasn’t even mediocre. The wait for a to-go order is unbelievable, be prepared to wait for at least 45 minutes. I was disappointed to see two employees at the bar, eating donughts and on their phones and talking about how they can’t wait to get off. When we finally got our food, the food was cold and bland. If I was a Lubbock resident I would have gone back to the restaurant and asked for something else-after reading the other reviews about how management handles their customer service issues- it wasn’t even worth it. This place came highly recommended to my friend and I so this was definitely a really big disappointment.
FYI. I ordered the Eel And cucumber sushi, and the chicken lo mein. The sushi was so good I savored every bite, I had been missing that flavor for so long
The food was okay, and the wait was around 15 minutes. After I ordered, I waited for an hour for my food. The food was decent, but it should not have taken so long as they had already served many others before we got our ramen bowls. Good food, questionable service.
My son took me and I was very impressed. My soon to be daughter in law had suchi and loved it.

This is a very nice Japanese Restaurant, and if you aren't in the mood for Sushi you can get some tasty Japanese and Chinese entrees. The service is really good, as we were sitting and enjoying our meal a lot of people were coming in to get take out. This is our go to place for Sushi and Bento Boxes.
