It's Arbys. They are generally quick with service and most window people are nice. The prices are higher than I'd like to pay for a roast beef sandwich.
They were out of brisket when I went and could hardly understand the intercom taking the order. I wanted their limited edition of brisket sandwich.

Gross!!! Long hair found when I took a bite of my regular roast beef sandwich about 8pm from the 19th Street location. Called to tell the manager the next day around noon and tell her they need to wear nets and she preceded to tell me that they wear I believe she said a hat and net in the back. Does not change the fact that there was a hair and it was attached to my bite and coming out of my sandwich. She did offer to replace the sandwich. Was not pleasant nor did she offer an apology or a refund. No I do not want a replacement sandwich.
Acceptable. Fries were fresh but the roast beef sandwich was compressed. It had definitely seen better days. Very clean and good service.
