The food was Fabulous if you don't count the fact that my eggs were seriously overcooked. Within moments the manager arrived (maybe she saw my expression when I cut into my egg) and asked if there was a problem and I had new properly cooked egs in just a few minutes. Servers were nice, friendly and efficient. Only 4 stars because I expected a restaurant with egg in the name to be able to properly cook an egg.

I asked them to make new bread once cuz what I first got was too burnt. In the new ones, I could chew the salts. Similar thing happened with eggs. I asked for Sunnyside up, they burnt the eggwhites+overcooked yorks. I asked for remake, I could chew crystal salts from the eggs. I loved to have brunch here in past 2years, but after these two events something got wrong in here. They weren't like this a year ago. Not recommended. If you still wish to go, don't ask them to remake whatever you've ordered. Especially if you have weak teeth.
I eat weekly at The Egg & I - it consistently has Wonderful Food w/ Great Service. The menu is diverse and has seasonal specials. I recommend it to my friends & family.
