We have been to teddy jacks many times and loved the food and our waitress, but yesterday was terrible service. We waited and waited for our drinks. Then waited and waited to have our order taken. Waited and waited on the food to be delivered and only 4 of the 8 ppl got their order. They were done eating by the time the other 4 got their meal. We didn't get our check for awhile. It was almost a 2 hr. Ordeal. The waitress even argued with me about a request I had about my food. We will go back, but I won't we quite if I have another bad waitress. $150.00 ticket deserves better service

Pretty cool place. A bit pricey. Had a chicken fry last night. Cost $13. Had green beans with it that were those almost raw, crunchy things that I can barely tolerate. Did NOT include a small salad; this would have cost me an additional $2. All in all, it was good, not great by any stretch.

Absolutely love this place! Always a good spot to meet up for girls night or a couple of friends and enjoy the patio, during the cooler months they keep warmers out there.

The staff is always courteous and friendly, I've never had a bad experience. There's a cool vibe and a uniquely designed interior with different seating options, appropriate for more intimate or louder group settings. Teddy's has a huge menu with options for practically any taste bud. We love the nachos and cheese sticks appetizers. For dinner, you can't go wrong with the very veggie wrap.

Overrated and overpriced. I grew up in Rome, NY and I remember when this place had quality food; it's sad that it no longer has the same quality. I went in August, with a friend, because he wanted to go and I ordered the eggplant parmesan. It was disgusting! The entree itself tasted, like overcooked bread crumbs with soggy mush in the middle, cold, tasteless sauce with congealed cheese on top. The side of pasta it comes with is undercooked and cold. I would have had better luck with a frozen meal. There are so many better restaurants in Rome, so I'm kind of surprised that Teddy's is still in business. If you're originally from the area and looking for the nostalgia, this place is...okay, but if you're looking for some authentic Italian-American food, this isn't the place. I think part of the problem Teddy's has, is the problem that plagues many restaurants-trying to please every pallet and be all things to all people.
