I'm admittedly picky with pizza; most places have sauce that's too sweet or cheese that has no taste. Not One Guy's! Hands down my favourite pizza place in lubbock (not just the pizza though - try their calzones!). Staff is also very friendly and efficient, and the owner acknowledges regulars by name. Very welcoming and absolutely delicious.
Enjoyable pizza at a good price sums it up. Can't really knock it if I keep buying it. I'm somewhat of a pizza snob, but every place is different. I can appreciate the wide range of styles. These are not "Artisan" pizzas, definitely not Chicago style ... but they don't claim to be.

I come here every time I visit, and I'm always impressed!! It's absolutely delicious! I can't get enough of the pastas here!! Very very friendly staff, and there are always fast!
