I wish this had a no star rating because one star is too many for what we experience. We were told we would have a 25 to 30 minute wait for our table or 7 plus a high chair. We could tell it was crowded but decided to wait for a table because that is where the 89 year old birthday girl wanted to go. 45 minutes later I asked the hostess how much longer it would be and she said you have another large group before you. After an hour wait I asked how many tables do you have that will accomodate our group and she said 3. I don't know how they thought they could seat us in 25 to 30 minutes, it takes almost that much time just to get ordered and your food to come out. Very disappointing! After an hour, we told them to take our name off the list and we went across the street and spent our money! Don't waste your time or money in this place! And don't place an order online for anything. It took me 2 months to get my purchase and one item never came. It is not worth the hassle.
This place is a well oiled machine, I can’t believe how fast the service and the food were. Came in on Thanksgiving, one of the few places open so it was PACKED. We didn’t even have to wait for a table, and the food was out in 10 minutes if that. Thanksgiving dinner was delicious and had all the trimmings, even pie.
Went after a procedure. Hadn't eaten in a while. Had the chicken pot pie. Wonderful! It was one of the only things I can remember for the whole day. I have eaten there I think it was a couple years ago and was able to copy the recipe, really good home cooked food. Lots of miscellaneous things to buy. It's an interesting place to be.
Great Thanksgiving Dinner. Delicious. Super good service. Elizabeth was our waitress and she served with excellence. Always enjoy your store and shopped while waiting. We have been at C.B. one other Thanksgiving and both were good experiences. Thanks!
Almost 2 hour wait Thanksgiving. Arrived 10 am. Server was great. No bread plates. Had to eat off napkins. Food was cold and tasteless. Before we were finally seated others who arrived after us were seated. We were not the only ones this happened to. Will not be back.
