I was trying to talk to a manager when I got there and wasn't very happy. I was told that the manager isn't there and that I can't call or leave my number for the manager to call me. All the front desk representative did was shrug his shoulders and say " nothing we can do about it."
It's decent and does include a kitchenet.
Had a great stay for about a month. Room had a smell to it, but after a week or so went off. Beds were good and comfortable. Bathroom was nice but the kitchen was small though. I liked that it had two mobile chairs with a table for studying and a board to stick notes on. All over good stay nice location.
Dirty, stinks, pictures are deceiving, & much more. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
I stay here but this the most worst hotel I have ever stayed in .....I went to the front desk for beddings and the black guy who was there gave me dirty bedding really!!!!!! The rooms are dirty there is cockroaches everywhere in my room and they say that no smoking in this building but my next door neighbor smoke all the time in the room and I can smell it in my room.....I asked for my refund coz I didn’t like the place and they refused to give me the refund and I paid the all month stay I feel like am living in hell

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER & I wasn't even there for 30 minutes.
I'm a contractor from Albuquerque and im currently staying here for a few months. So I need it more man power and brought extra help from Albuquerque, I talk to the girl at the front desk (from the morning crew) to make a reservation for an extra room she told me room wasn't ready but she would called me whenever it would be ready. She never called me so than I had a guy with no room and potentially sleeping on the floor. Not cool if you work 12 hour days. So than I talk to Lindsay! at the front desk (Shes the night shift) and told her that I had made a reservation for a room the day before. But she couldn't find my reservation and i guess their were no more rooms available. Long story short, Lindsay found me a room and went out of her way by cleaning my room herself!! She was very helpful and tried whatever she could to get me a room. Thanks Lindsay.
