The front desk was friendly. They give you a little gift bag with two waters and some other stuff I couldn't see before my travelmates got to it. About 9pm KFC didn't give us spoons, but the front desk guy was happy to accommodate. Very clean. Very quiet. Didn't look like the best part of town but parking lot is well lit and a security guard was on duty at night. Free breakfast was perfect. The guy taking care of everything was casual wearing a sweatsuit and headphones, but not too loud he couldn't hear us. He wore protective gloves and constantly checked his food levels and stirred the scrambled eggs. If I need to stop in Lubbock again overnight I will stay here again.
This hotel has great pricing, great rooms, and great staff. It was very well upkept. Housekeeping was very friendly. And the guy at front desk...I believe his name was rushan was very friendly... and very attractive.. should have asked for his number. But overall this is my place to stay when not at home.
Stayed here in early June and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. When I checked in, I was accommodated by a very helpful and informative gentlemen and was handed a snack bag when checkin was complete. The room was very clean, very large and had everything I needed. Complete with microwave, refrigerator, large television, extra pillows, extra blankets and the air conditioning worked marvelously. The morning breakfast was unusual, not in what was offered but rather in the fact that it was obvious that someone cares. What they had was fresh and tasty. And I know it seems minor, but eating off real plates with real silverware and glasses and coffee cups was and is a very nice touch! When you travel 300 days a year, it is the small things that count!

This place has a very good breakfast selection. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I do recommend.
