The upstairs sink was clogged for who knows how long. It appears that they don’t fully clean the rooms because that had been there for awhile.. the bathtub drain was really slow..
I booked online actually in front of the person to get the better rate, however when I did the online app reserved my room for the wrong date. The gentleman that was working said no problem I will just switch the dates and give you the same rate. THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN!
When checking out I had to ask for a receipt and noticed that I was being charged more that what was discussed when I checked in. All the rude lady said was I will have the guy call you which as you can guess NEVER happened. So as much as I liked the appearance of the room.. your service and rooms need work
Room was fine and spacious. Full kitchen which we only utilized the fridge but would be great for longer stays. When I booked it stated free breakfast but that turned out to be false, only coffee. Location is great, everything is on the loop 289. Would stay here again, especially if the price was as low again.
I stayed at this place because it was $25 cheaper than any place else because it was so much less expensive than it would be a little bit of a dive I travel a lot so my expectations are muted and understandable. I was however pleasantly surprised this place offers great value for the money service was friendly. Crowds were welcome to my room was clean the bed was comfortable that I plugs right now to Lite for your laptop in bed. There's no breakfast but that's perfectly acceptable for the price. I also have to say that during my time in Lubbock Texas what I found from the people was an exceptionally courteous and friendly people thank you Lubbockfor your stay I enjoyed it.
My husband and I were coming in town for a business trip and just needed somewhere affordable, and could accommodate us doing paperwork, and looking at multiple files at a time. We had some great furniture, and very soft beds. However we did request a one king size bedroom and got a two queen size bedroom. Everything else was up to par, and a great value for the price.
we booked this room because it had the pullout couch, however the mattress was so thin and you couldn’t lie on it without the springs poking you. My kids resorted to sleeping on the floor. (Not what I paid for)
Booked a room the first time I had ever visited Lubbock. Really nice and clean. Having the kitchen added a great value as we didn't have to eat out every meal. Appliances and provided dishware were all clean and good quality. Much better than having to stay in a standard hotel room, and one of the least expensive deals I came across. Could not have been more pleased with out stay.
