Very nice and clean place. Used the meeting room for a family reunion and family from out of town stayed here. No complaints from family members, they enjoyed their stay. Front desk staff was wonderful and always willing to help in any way possible. Outdoor area is well kept, relaxing and provides a seating area, basketball goal, a putting green and a water feature. Overall, a very nice hotel!
I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites South in Lubbock, because I was in town for a funeral. I accidentally made a reservation for the week before and was very flustered upon arrival, due to the fact that I was running late for the viewing. The receptionist was patient and kind to me, cancelled my misscheduled plan, and put me on the fourth floor away from other people to give me privacy to mourn. My room was awesome, shower was hot, bed comfortable, and I appreciated the kitchenette in case I didn't want to leave for food. I also enjoyed the Belgium waffles in the shape of Texas that are provided during breakfast hours. I intend to stay there the next time I am in Lubbock, but I hope it's under better circumstances. Like my graduation from Texas Tech next year...
This hotel was very clean and nice! Brand new and beautiful. The staff there were very friendly. The location is great too! Within walking distance to a few restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
A great place, and a good price for being so accessible on the loop. Included breakfast is ample, evening socials have snacks and wine several nights a week, and a BBQ for your use should you wish to cook. The staff was always friendly and remembered our names, and knowledgeable and prompt. The facility itself is new and clean, spacious room with a great desk, small kitchen, and tv with loads of channels. Free parking that’s well lit and feels safe at all hours.
What can I say. Hotel is not the same ever since Debbie ex manager left. It's been a couple of months and I still haven't met the new manager. Debbie was always around to take care of customers and staff.
