This store is great! They are not pushy and have wonderful customer service. I will buy my mattresses here from now on. Delivery was on time and the two guys were very polite. I like to support local businesses!!
Thank you for acknowledging that your mattress was replaced after an inspection determined that it met the warranty standards of the manufacturer. The warranty standard for all manufacturers of Innerspring mattresses is 11/2 inches of body impression, this triggers the warranty on the product. If this standard occurs, the mattress can be replaced. Your current mattress does not meet this standard as evidenced in the picture attached to your review. As we explained we will reinspect your mattress at no charge and at your convenience if you believe the warranty standard is met.

I agree that the employees are friendly and try to be helpful, but I won't be shopping here again. 3 1/2 years ago we bought a Sealy mattress here, and after just two years it had developed a considerable hill in the middle of the mattress causing the feeling of rolling downhill on both sides of the bed. Sleep Shop came out to measure the unevenness and agreed to activate the warranty. They even allowed us to choose the replacement mattress. But after only a year and a half, the new one (also a Sealy) developed a similar problem. This time, after measuring it again, they didn't call us to give the verdict. After 3 days, I called them and was told that they wouldn't honor the warranty this time. They said Sealy wouldn't honor the warranty because the mattress wasn't broken down enough. After only 18 months, no mattress should look like this. At the very least, this store should inform customers that this is a common problem with the Sealy brand (check consumer affairs websites to see for yourself), and that if you purchase this mattress, you may well be on your own. Very disappointed.
so my original review was discussing the horrible Sterns and Foster mattress, they are still not my favorite mattress. The sleep shop did warranty my mattress this last time and We were offered a comparable mattress within the store of our choice. We did however decide to invest a little more and get the next quality up sterns and foster mattress. I would like to add that the delivery guys are very polite and helpful.
