While I like to stay at Comfort Inn Suites..I will never stay here again. Left a couple things in my room..phone adapter and a pair of shoes..when I called about them they said housekeeping had not turned anything in..well really? They were not concerned about y stuff..I let that go and made another reservation a few months later. Had an issue with my card so I wanted to pay cash..receptionist was extremely rude and loud. She told me I was welcome to take my business elsewhere and as I was walking off yelled at me in a sarcastic tone of voice "you have a nice night..okay?" Upset me terribly. Found room at the Microtel paid cash no problem..Stayed there 2 nights..very sweet customer service.
After a long day of traveling we had to wipe down the bathroom to shower since it had obviously not been cleaned. Then pulled the blankets back on the beds...Hair still on the sheets and smelled like people had slept in them. There were stains on the mattress protector so we ripped that off too. This was at 11:00 pm so no staff just front desk. She gave us clean sheets and we made the beds ourselves. We let the front desk know of all the problems and our next 2 nights were much better and clean. The girl that ran the breakfast room did an excellent job keeping things hot and fresh.
We are currently moving across country and stopped into town for a 2 night stay. I can honestly say that our stay was the best at this hotel compared to all other hotels we have stayed along the way AND it was the cheapest! They just remodeled and have done a great job so far. We had a 2 queen bed room and the beds were HUGE and super comfortable. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and they had a great selection for breakfast! I would definitely recommend staying at the Quality Inn and Suites and will stay here again when in town!
Convenient off and on interstate. Updated rooms. Quality hot breakfast. Friendly, professional employees. Great beds and pillows. Cleanliness was ok. I would stay there again.
Worst hotel I've ever experienced. Many roaches and other bugs inside. The bathrooms were rusted and the whole room was dusty and smelled of mildew. Management was very rude and nonchalant about the fact that there were bugs in our room.
