Very nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay. The rooms were spacious and set up well. Would come back again if i could get the same rates that I had during my stay. Typically a little pricey for me
Its a nice up to date place with ever modern thing there, but if you have pets go to another hotel. I know the rooms are nice and big and lovely, but if you have an animal the almost double the night cost. I was told each pet I had when brought to the hotel was $80 each and I have 2. No other Hyatt hotel charges this price, in fact no hotel except for high end ones charge anywhere close to that. And if you have a anything other than a dog it is not allowed in the hotel. So animals are expensive to bring and only small dogs are allowed. Staff is also very rude when questioned about this policy. In short just stay away from this hotel if you have any pets or don't wanna be haggled.
Very nice. Comfortable bed and great room! Only complaint is the TV options or lack thereof. Remote didn't totally work, didn't have the options or channels that were listed on printed guide and there was no guide on the TV. Therefore nothing worth watching in our opinion.
Nice hotel and very clean for Lubbock standards, but the breakfast is over at 9am and they stop making food or doing anything to keep it up at 8:30, so if you're not up early you just don't get any. Also the customer service isn't great and they smile, but then if you actually need something or ask a question, they seem to not want to help you. Not the standard I've seen at the many other Hyatt Place properties I've stayed at in Dallas, Austin, or Houston.
Very nice updated clean hotel big rooms it the bedroom was separate from the living room a very big kitchen and restroom very nice very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and professional location was great walking distance from the bars would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
