This place is really clean and comfortable. The staff is the most helpful, today I was greeted by a pleasant person by the name of Bailey she went above and beyond to accommodate me. I would recommend this to everyone.
Hotel was nice - the amenities would be great for a longer term stay. Decent location near stores. Great breakfast.
Staff was super friendly. Room was super clean and inviting. You could tell the hotel is new. We loved the amount of storage and counter space for our luggage. We had the free breakfast and it was really good. Coffee was great. Easy to get to location wise.
I love this hotel...very clean, has a kitchen. Beds are comfy and sheets are amazing. My favorite hotel in Lubbock.
Not very homey. More like dorm rooms. Bathroom small with just pocket door. No tub. Nice to have kitchenette, but no table to eat on. Breakfast was just pre-wrapped food. Would not stay there again. Pet friendly, but for a high fee.
