Service was great, but the beds and pillows left a lot to be desired. You were able to feel the springs on the mattress. Not good. The pillows were lumpy, sad, and abused. I love HIE and hope it was just the room, but it definitely needs work.
Very nice and convenient location. I had doctors appointment very near to that location. Good places to eat near by. The motel was very clean break provided the next morning as well. Good parking too. I will be using that motel again very soon. 5 stars from me.
Great hotel for a quick stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Not as nice as when we first started staying there 4 years ago. I think they could use new beds, not very comfortable. But breakfast was good.
