Nice room, building, & people, I would stay again. Spacious room & bathroom. My only thing is no fresh air, couldn't open the window in the room, they are sealed shut, & hot tub was not hot, just warm..but, better than nothing! It is slightly offensive how the doors automatically lock you out of the room at checkout time...lol? Never experienced that before, anywhere, I see the efficiency in it, but after just having spent $140, l could have gone to a $40/50 motel, may I be granted a couple of extra minutes to carry out a few bags lol? The nice man at the desk recharged my key so I can get in the room, and get the last of my things lol, very weird/NeoNazi-ish procedure. However, breakfast, pool, very clean & nice!
I rarely give 5 stars on anything, but we chose this location due to high ratings and obvious accommodations. It lived up to expectations. The rooms are large, clean and well priced. Kureg machines in room, refrigerator. Great beds! The pillows are even labeled firm or soft. Nice. I plan to stay again. Only suggestion: waffles please.
Great service, the staff was extremely helpful.Had an overnight stay and the price was quite affordable for a comfortable room. The breakfast was generic, nothing special, but nothing bad either. The only negative was the gym room was quite small. Everything else was top notch. Would recommend!
I was grossed out by the way the place is cleaned. One sponge is used to clean all of the bathrooms and the sponge is used to clean the vanity, bathtub, and the toilet and I mean only one sponge is used to clean all of the rooms. I refused to do that but the other housekeeping staff seemed to have no problem with it. If a guest used a pillow from the second bed in the room, it didn't get the pillow case changed. The rooms do have the appearance of being clean but if you take a closer look at them... I wouldn't stay in one of these places simply knowing what I saw. One other thing that I found disturbing was the fact that no one was wearing gloves so that any bacteria found in one room could be spread to another room. It would not surprise me if patrons get sick from staying in one of these rooms. They are strict in the appearance and that is all.
Comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. Great place to stay for the Regional XC meet.
