I went to book a block of rooms for my wedding. The receptionists we're helpful and friendly! The lobby was very clean and modern.
Great hotel in Lubbock. Newer construction. Comfy beds. Close to office and good restaurants.
Beautiful new hotel with an impressive lobby and bar area. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Nice place. My one and only complaint is the shower water is too soft, doesn't feel like you've got all the soap off. A slimy feeling. But for an area with seriously hard water I might actually be a feature!
The hotel looks quite nice and the rooms, but as I looked closer into my bed I found about 8 hairs all over. The breakfast was pretty comical, omlette drenched in oil, and toast disgusting. What's worse is that you have to pay for meal that tastes like it should be free.
The Hotel was fantastic, but the food is pretty underwhelming. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and the room was clean. We enjoyed our first stay so much that we decided to stay here again on the way back. The only negative thing I would say is that the food is pretty sub par and over priced. There are many other food options that are better with a better price. Really... the food is not worth it, but the hotel is.
