My room was nice - had a king size bed. The temperature stayed at 70 degrees and there was a wall controlled thermostat. Plenty of places to plug in a phone, laptop, etc. The microwave clock was super bright so I covered that up. Bathroom was large with a nice shower, but the tub did not drain well, so I stood in 3-4 inches of water. Key cards didn't work on the second day (even after a new second set), but finally worked after having them reactivated.
Customer service was spot on at the front desk. Hot cookies offered around 4-6pm. Room could use updating (new carpet, wallpaper and drapes) and smelled musty. Breakfast was passable. The available hot food was powdered eggs (ick), some link sausages slices, oatmeal, and make your own waffles (takes forever since there's only one waffle maker). Fruit salad tasted off and none of the fruit was ripe. Cereal, yogurt, toast, bagel, danish, and juice selection is decent. Next time, I'll probably fork over the extra and go to the Embassy Suites.
Was easy to get to. Nice breakfast and the rooms were very clean and quiet
The room hadn't been cleaned when we got there because of a last minute room change. The staff was extremely helpful and cleaned it for us and gave us Hilton honors points to compensate. Breakfast wasn't great, are at McDonald's instead.
Got there late to try the pool or hot tub but sleeper great got up early, I knew breakfast didn't start till 6 but went down anyway meet a great guy named Victor and a great cook. God bless and keep looking up. James
