Wonderful hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Great value.
Nothing fancy. Rooms were clean, front desk courteous. Looks a bit run down. Stayed here for tech football game because couldn't find anything else. Would stay again in a pinch.
Basically checked in @ 4am from reservation. Given a handicap room ( I am not handicap) Television didn't work by remote or manual operations clerk says she will inform service person at 9am...my check out is 11am. The alarm clock has to be propped up, to stay active. Bed looks like I won't be the first one to have used it today. The clerk mentioned that she has been on duty since 6am yesterday, it is now 511am the next day. Go Figure
Staff was friendly and acomidating. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was close to many stores and in a quiet area. Would stay here again.
We found hideous red stains on the shower curtain. When we arrived there were nail clippings on the floor. The elevator makes loud noises constantly making it very nerve racking to use. Also the elevator door will open and close a few times before it actually goes anywhere, so if you want to use the elevator I hope you aren't in a hurry. We had to get new room keys twice because they weren't working. There are strange smells in the lobby. The windows look like they've never been cleaned since the place opened. The water pressure is way too high, it almost hurts to take a shower. One of our towels had mascara stains on it, so it clearly hadn't even been washed. The "breakfast" is a joke. The curtains don't block out nearly enough light, so if you expect to take a nap during the day, good luck. After a long day we had to wait for 25 minutes while the front desk employees were nowhere to be found. I've stayed in hotels all across the US and none of them was as awful as this one. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, we won't be coming back.
