Everything was great and I'd definitely recommend others to stay here. I took a star off because the bathroom was a bit small and we had a misunderstanding with the maintenance man that had to do with our service dogs. However, the front desk attendees were very knowledgeable and handled it promptly and professionally.
Staff at front are okay. Nothing wonderful to point out about the desk clerk's service. Feels very cramped all around even in the lobby. No breakfast is offered. Room is clean. AC unit in room is very poorly situated and extremely noisy, so had to turn it off to sleep. Overall stay was subpar for the money spent.
Staff was friendly, stay was okay. I went to the Bistro on a Thursday night over an hour before their closing time and was told that they closed the kitchen early. The AC in my room wouldn't get super cold. The food I did get from the Bistro was good. No continental breakfast here.
Good clean facilities for business training
Great staff compliment this beautiful hotel. Omar and Victor went out of their way to make us feel at home. Great indoor pool is very relaxing. Centrally located. Rooms nicely appointed and fairly clean.
