Worst service ever! They over charged my card. Blow dryer bracket was on the wall... But blow dryer was not in the room. And they couldnt find me one.. i had to go to Wal-Mart and purchase a blow dryer. And on top of that breakfast was freaking late!
This Baymont Inn is great. Friendly staff, clean, and inviting. The room we had was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I like this location too! It's near shopping and good restaurants. I would stay here again.
If I could give the Hotel no stars I would, but it didn’t let me. I stayed at this hotel five days. Overall the service from the staff was excellent, beds were super comfy and the breakfast was awesome. The housekeeping wasn’t all that great but I didn’t have a problem with it because as a mother it is my job to clean up after my kids. This morning my husband went to go get breakfast and he heard the manager Trupty arguing on her cell phone, when he got a plate of food and he started walking towards the front desk where she was at, she asked my husband” want do you want” shocked my husband said just getting the newspaper and he walked off. As he was waiting for the elevator she continued with her conversation and said “ just some wetback trying to ease drop and get a free newspaper. Obviously he came and told me, I went down to confront her and she said “whatever I say is my personal business and I don’t need to tell you nothing, upset I relied that she was very disrespectful and herself not being from this country, she should not talk about people race or the color of their skin. She said “you just made this worse for yourself” I asked her was that a threat she said take how you want, but get out of my hotel. I asked her you kicking me out I just paid she went to the cash drawer got the money out and threw to me, then processed to tell me to pack my stuff and leave. Upset and practically in tears I asked to speak with the owners she picked up the phone called 911 and told them that their was a couple threatening her. I looked up and seen my husband recording the whole conversation so I just walked away. LPD got there she tried to talk to them but I showed them the video. They informed her of what they saw then she said we all had to leave. Needless to say I got our stuff and left but the Stg. did tell to go to Google Reviews and inform the world that the BAYMONT Inn had someone like her in charge. I really did like the hotel it was clean and the staff was always so nice. BUT AS LONG AS THEY HAVE THAT MANAGER TRUPTY WORKING THERE I WILL NEVER REFER FAMILY, FRIENDS NOR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES TO THAT HOTEL. I would honestly reconsider staying there again but AS LONG AS SHE IS MANAGER I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN NEITHER OF THEIR LOCATIONS. SHE WAS DISRESPECTFUL, DISTASTEFUL AND PLAIN OUT RUDE. That is unforgivable. I will also be reporting this location to the BBB. I hope the owner sees this and it shows them what type of a human being he has as a manager who he leaves in charge of his hotel.
The only person in this place who deserves 5 stars is James! Anytime James was working things got done, breakfast was at its full prep waffles and all ready to go. I stayed at this place for 2 weeks and saw the difference of this place when the only 5 star employee was not there, no waffles in the am, breakfast was lacking, nothing got done. James! You are the man, thanks for being 100% everytime.
check in was easy and convenient! staff was amazing and sent above and beyond to help when we needed. room was clean a much bigger than I thought which was a huge plus. I'll definitely be back again.
