It ended up taking two weeks for one item to be returned to me. After the initial week it took to be laundered, it was then lost. Happy that it was eventually found, but very unhappy with having to wait that long. The staff did seem genuinely apologetic, but wouldn't use this cleaner again.
They keep writing on our clothes with permanent marker and paint pens! They have ruined the value of my vintage pieces doing this. I have begged my husband to find a new place. They also use pressed on bar codes plus the writing. But they put them in the worst places. I feel like they owe us replacement items. So pissed. Thought we made them stop this terrible practice for months but they started back up again.
Took slacks, dress shirts, and a new suit there to get cleaned and pressed. Shirt had a little smudge on the front they didnt get out the 1st time. Pants - They put a double crease down the front of both legs. Sent it back 3 times to get it fixed and it looked they didnt even touch them. Called store manager left voicemail never heard back. New suit looked the same as when i brought it it in. They didnt even get the wrinkles out. Worst dry cleaners i have used to date and will never use them again.
