I have never used a dry cleaner before but chose their services, only to get my dress shirt back with a heat sealed stamp on it. They never questioned me if it was okay to do that and when I called they said that if I wanted it removed they can do it but there would be glue residue on my dress shirt. Another was problem was after I still used their services a couple more times, I started noticing that one of my dress shirts started growing larger in size in the arms! I do not know what they do behind the counter but I know that my shirts should not be growing in size. I called in to question on the situation but received no answer in return. Clearly this company does not know how to operate a stable service and nobody should be using their services unless they plan to clean without having their customers clothes grow in size.
3. In comparison, in many other medium sized cities such as Lubbock, the prices are about 50% cheaper and, on average, usually deliver same day service (e.g. drop off at 9 am, pick up at 5 pm). Even with same day service, you will still pay less than at Gristy's!
2. For the price, you would think they would get it done sooner. Nope! They will make you wait 2 days for 2 items!

My advice: wash everything before you take it to them and ask for press only. Otherwise, they will do everything they can possibly do to your items and you'll end up with a hefty tab!
They tried to charge me $62 to do a single load of laundry. I had just come back from Hurricane duty with the National Guard, I had the choice to pay or to loose my military uniform. I had to pay $52, basically ransom, or loose about $120 in uniforms. I would encourage all NOT to do business here. Total rip off.
Horrible. Gave a crooked crease on my pants and did not sew any buttons on that I asked.
1. The staff is friendly or rude depending on which person you get when you are dropping off your clothing or picking it up.
Very expensive and took 9 days for one comforter.
