I have used Anderson cleaners for 8 years. i have had several bad experiences, specifically with the owner, whose name is Michael. I have had clothing I know was not damaged returned to me torn and the owner says, "you can't prove it was us". One of them was a brand new shirt that I still had the receipt to,, same response. I have had clothing returned to me that was not cleaned and Michael says that he would not reclean them. I spend about $1,000 per year in his store and only return out of convenience,,, but have had enough problems with Michael's lack of customer service, not being accountable for providing the service he sells and treating customers like they are a problem and not his livelihood. He treats his employees poorly, no heat in the winter or air in the summer. He is downright rude when you try to reason with him on his responsibility to serve customers. Find a better cleaner and do not give them your business,
