I dropped of a family heirloom-- a baptism gown handmade by my mother-in-law before she passed away 20 years ago. I dropped this off to be put in a special preservation box at the beginning of December 2015. They told me it would take 6 weeks to get it back. I went back in January, and they had dry cleaned one of the pieces, and it was merely put on a hanger with the other normal dry cleaning I was picking up, and several of the pieces were missing. Nothing was in the preservation box I paid for. They told me to come back in a few days and it would be ready. I came back at the beginning of March (3 months later), and it still wasn't ready. This gown is of incredible sentimental value to my family, and for it to be treated as if it's not important by this company is very upsetting for me. I would absolutely not recommend this cleaner; there are many other options in Lubbock.

I have been a long time customer of Gristy's and would recommend this company to anybody. I have to most of the pick up locations around town but tend to go to the 98th location for its proximity to work and home. The customer service is excellent and the service is unmatched. I know when I pick up cleaning from Gristy's it will be the absolute best in Lubbock!
