Have to rave on Tyler Arnold! (I hope he's still here as we haven't been there in a while) He always took care of both mine and my husbands wedding rings! He is very professional and does an excellent job!! We recently moved out of state and was super unimpressed with the local Zales customer service compared to what we received at the Lubbock location. :/ wish we could come back!! Thank you Tyler!!
I got my wedding band and engagment ring soldered together and hated it but was only 3 weeks away Raquel and Seth worked so hard to make it happen intime and it did! I got it the day before my wedding and I am so grateful for their hardwork and accepting my calls every day to check on my ring lol!
Tyler is an amazing sales associate he went above and beyond to help me resolve my jewelry issues. The customer service was outstanding, they made it worth my time to drive 2 hours out of my way. I will definitely be giving this Zales my business in the future.
Make sure if you buy anything there you get a warranty, I had my wedding band 1 month and lost a diamond, also if u get anything cleaned there inspect it before you leave because they won't.
