They offered a refund if I shipped everything back, but would take a 10% restocking fee if I did so. I would have to not only pay for shipping, but they wouldn't even refund the entire price. With my graduation being less than a week away, I wouldn't have the time nor money to get new ones through a different company.
They forgot to give my daughter her tassel with her stuff for graduation and them made her comeup here and -buy- another one.
I am convinced this company is a scam. I have had many problems with this company: The announcements came over a month after I ordered them; once they arrived, they were very poor quality, the announcements were white, envelopes were ivory (the picture on the website had both shown as ivory), the school crest was not embossed nor did it look nice, the picture of the school was black & white and of poor quality (my home printer would have done a better job); and customer service was absolutely not helpful. Overall, the picture on the website is nothing like what I received.
They delayed running debt card, caused issues at bank.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Horrible quality. Horrible customer service. Disgustingly over priced.
They pocket my money and lost my receipt and they did not believe me that I bought it and I showed them my transaction now I got to wait even longer. So I suggest you do not order from these lousy business
I ordered my son's class ring his Junior year. In December of his Senior year the stone came loose. The company sent it off to be repaired, which took 3 weeks. When it finally came in, they had put the wrong design under the stone. Took it back, after another 3 weeks it came in. WRONG AGAIN. Their attention to detail is seriously lacking. I had to reschedule my son's senior year pictures twice while waiting on them to correct their mistake.
