I recently worked with J. Keith and staff to design a custom mother's ring, using diamonds from one of my rings and diamonds from one of my mother's rings after she passed away. After two visits to discuss this ring with them, they came up with a beautiful and unique design to incorporate all of those diamonds and two new birthstones to represent each of my grown children. It is such a gorgeous ring, and they made the whole experience very special for me at a tender time a few months after my mom passed away. I highly recommend them to anyone needing the services of a jeweler for any reason!
My experience with J. Keith's has been nothing short of stellar. The team at J. Keith’s worked closely with me to design a custom engagement ring based on a sketch that I drew and photos of cell stainings. Throughout the process Keith was very clear that the ring would not move to the next phase of design without my approval. I was shown the CAD drawings, wax model, and was able to inspect the finished ring before the sale. The ring was finished on schedule and slightly below the quoted price. I was so pleased with J. Keith’s, that I asked them to make a matching wedding band a few months later. The team was very responsive and easy to reach throughout the whole process for both rings. From my experience, J. Keith’s Jewelry is the gold standard in custom jewelry.
