Bliss Bridal is AWESOME!! We went to a couple other wedding dress shops and tried on tons of dresses. The experience at the others was average, someone referred us here and I am so glad… Both Kristi and Erika went to work and made it fun helping me find the perfect dress! After I said YES to the dress they found both my maid of honor and my bridesmaid dresses as well as accessories. They made this very memorable!
This place was AMAZING!! Not only is the customer service the BEST you will find in Lubbock, they also have the best dresses in town! I tried on 5 or 6 dresses and I loved them all! I finally chose between them and they made me feel so good about my decision. I went to Bella's earlier that day and had a horrible experience so this was very refreshing. When we got there, they offered us drinks and took us to the private room upstairs. The lady kept offering me dresses within our price range that fit my body type. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're looking to feel special want quality one on one help in making such a huge bridal decision! :)
The dressing room was very small, which is not ideal for brides who may be trying on very fluffy dresses. The assistant was helpful and focused though.
It wasn't worth the drive I had taken to get here. I was so excited to see what they had because I've heard great things about it. I came from two hours out of town to try on dresses the lady knew I wasn't wanting. Also to tell me too that the designer in the dress I was wanting they didn't carry anymore. I had the most disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
