Susan was wonderful in taking care of our daughter and her fiancé. She helped them select the ring which fits their style, but also stood with them and helped them through a difficult time when the ring was damaged a week later. Diamontrigue was absolutely fantastic to work with for the custom designed engagement ring I recently purchased from them. Susan worked very hard with me to take my vision and ideas for the ring and help make them reality. She was very attentive to what I wanted and really helped make a ring that was perfect for my fiance and that really suited her and us as a couple. She was and still is personally invested in us as a couple, she wasn't just trying to make a buck on us but to really make sure that we got the perfect ring that truly is a sign of our love. Susan even went the extra mile to bring in design aspects that at first didn't seem possible. My fiance has even had other people ask her if the ring is a family heirloom. One of the aspects that still amazes me is that for a ring that is so entirely unique and special I payed about half of what I would elsewhere and I got a ring that is incomparably better than the other options I was considering. I am so glad that I chose Diamontrigue, they helped me get the perfect ring for my fiance at a price I could afford.
