I loved Samuals and the I've bought from them. The customer service is a nightmare! The manager doesn't take responsibility for the employees giving out the incorrect information, nor does she try to make the situation better. I contacted corporate a week ago still haven't heard anything back. Very disappointing!
HORRIBLE customer service, no accountability, lie after lie after lie. I've talked with corporate and other Texas locations this one here in Lubbock must be the bad one of the bunch. Hope they get this fixed soon.
I had taken a real emerald gold antique ring to be retipped. The ring returned has a larger synthetic emerald and the setting was remade and NOT to my size. I never asked it to be sized, it came back a size 8 not the original size 6. Beatrice Herandez was manager who wouldn't let the sales associate put what it was worth. She would only allow $500.00 and not $15,000.00. Do not take anything there to get worked on because they are untrustable with valuables. Because the real emerald was obviously was stolen. We will be contacting our law firm.
