I've dealt with these guys for years. Every single interaction I've had, has been outstanding.
There are a lot of businesses that say they have 'good customer service' and most end up delivering poor service and a lot of lip service when the rubber meets the road.
This is just one example of their service, but if only I could trust more businesses the way I can trust these folks. A+. Outstanding. 10/10.
By contrast - This place is true to their word. For example, I had a nice watch that needed some work done. They quoted me a very good price and performed the service. I noticed a minor flaw. Frankly, it was fairly picky of me, but it would have bothered me long term.
They are really knowledgeable and helpful. I think you should always go here instead of a big chain. The prices are great too.
They didn't even hesitate - they took it right back - fixed it - charged me no additional fees and returned it absolutely perfect...
