Its a small place, but the owner is really friendly and knowledgeable. Had my ring sized in a couple of hours, and the cost was half of what everyone else quoted me. Great little repair shop!

The owner treated me as if I were bothering him. He said my ring would be ready in 2 days and it has been 5 days. I called to inquire as to when it would be ready, he was very short with me and said he would have to call me back. I do not recommend Jewelry Works and I will never go back.
