Well first they are incompetent idiots who sell things at a high right & oh don't try to be a day late because they will come out to your house & yell all kinds of stupid things.....but when I call back to let me know I will be there Friday....I guess I have some jerk of a manager answer the phone and talk to me completely wrong but husband gets on the phone & his tone & attitude. I will make this last payment but after this I will have them pick up there T.V. & go buy me one for half the price at Wal- Mart. This people....THIS COMPANY IS JUST LIKE ALL OF THOSE OTHER LIKE AARON'S & RENT A CENTER....I HOPE THEY ALL GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
Customer service is trash. Especially if you talk to Alfredo. If you say something he doesn't like he accuses you of "insulting his intelligence". Sounds like he has some insecurities he needs to deal with before working in customer service.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did awesome job upon delivery, and were very careful. Would highly recommend for friends and others.
Ive been renting from here for two months now and have had no problems so far, of course things are more on the expensive side, but that's expected with a place like this. I just like to pay off early to avoid any future mishaps.
