One visit was enough for me. I just wanted to look around. Could have been in the market for a couch and table. The sales person would not leave me alone long enough for me to study anything of interest. And it wasn't just not one salesperson driving me nuts, it was all of them. Geez O Pete people give your customers time to look and decide. No need for me to go back ever..............

Worst customer service that I've had in a long time. I wish that there was a negative star for me to rate it. Me and my wife came in here a couple times to look at a couch for a new house we had just recently purchased and each time we came in here the salesman were either harassing the hell out of us when we just wanted to look around or barely batted an eye at our presence when we did have questions. After finally deciding on a WAY TOO OVERPRICED couch, we purchased it, and our salesman at the time swore to us that it came with a warranty and that we would not need to keep our receipt in order to service a warranty, that they "had us in the system" upon close inspection after we purchased our merchandise and looked at our receipt, it stated plain as day that ALL PURCHASES NEED A RECEIPT TO SERVICE A WARRANTY so our salesman BLATANTLY LIED TO US just to make himself some cash, and everything that he said the warranty covered, was a full out lie as well upon closer inspection of our receipt. Not to mention they gave us the FLOOR MODEL even though we had repeatedly asked them not to, and our salesman swore up and down that he would ensure we did not receive that model that he had "nine others in the back in a box" once it all came down to it and we got our merchandise home, low and behold it was the STAINED UP FLOOR MODEL that he swore we would not get. Worst customer service ever. Employees lie and cheat you. I will never shop here again. All of their good reviews are fake, just people trying to get the free lamp they try to BRIBE YOU WITH FOR A GOOD REVIEW.
