Had a good experience. The approval process was fast and easy. The only downside is the delivery process. They charge for delivery and some places don't. Also, they said it might take 2-6 weeks to get furniture. That is a long time to wait. OverAll, we were happy with our purchase.
We had a great experience with Ashley! Susie in the store was wonderful, she made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. The delivery was only about 2 and half weeks out and it was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend.
The staff was so friendly and easy to work with! They greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and went out of their way to help us visualize our new living room! If Edgar is in the building, make sure to request his assistance! He helped us think of colors and textures to make our home stand out even more. He was amazing to work with and we will be back to visit him in the future!
Seems like the place to shop for any of your home furniture needs if you ask me. Just a beautiful store and very welcoming when you first walk in. Just feels right when you walk threw the doors! I would recommend this store in Lubbock Texas to everyone!
Salesperson was great and my shopping experience was very pleasant. However, the delivery process was terrible! I could not get coordinator to provide an approximate time at all but was told drivers would call at least 30 minutes in advance. Great, so I can get home in 30 minutes...No problem. On the day of delivery, driver called to say it would be an hour. TWO hours later, nothing! And won't answer phone either. Called the store, no help! Only to say they are in transit and the last location was...get this about 45 minutes from where I live! These people do this everyday...
